What is an ATM group?

ATM is an acronym for ADD, TAG, MESSAGE. When using a 3rd party tool like SFA you want to ADD your leads, TAG them in appropriate posts (welcome video or a post that has a similar skin concern as they do), MESSAGE them to followup about what they thought.
